Audi Representative Responds to Lawsuit From Eminem

Today on Yahoo! Music's blog, That's Really Week, Billy Johnson, Jr., posted an article about a lawsuit that Eminem has filed against Audi. According to Johnson, Eminem's publishing company, Eight Mile Style LLC, has filed suit against the car company in a German court. The lawsuit has to do with a sample of Eminem's popular song, "Lose Yourself," which can be heard in what appears to be a new Audi commercial.

A representative for Audi here in the United States has claimed that the video is not a commercial, and that it wasn't run here in America. The video, which is included with Johnson's article, clearly resembles a commercial, more specifically, Chrysler's commercial starring Eminem that ran during the 2011 Super Bowl.
