Apple Unveils iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C

Today was the day for Apple's big announcement. They unveiled their two new phones, the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C. As predicted by some rumors, it appears as though Apple will no longer sell their iPhone 5 models. They will offer the iPhone 5S starting at $199, the iPhone 5C starting at $99, and the iPhone 4S at $0.

It seems as though the rumors discussed in my blog post last week were accurate. Click here to read last week's post. It is interesting to note, however, that the iPhone 5C will be available for pre-order on Friday, September 13th, but the iPhone 5S does not have a pre-order date at all. Instead, customers are directed to place orders on the actual release date of Friday, September 20th, or they can purchase in stores starting at 8AM that morning.
