Last night was huge for the University of Central Florida. Both UCF (#15) and Baylor (#6) were attending their school's first BCS Bowl game. Baylor was a 17-point favorite, but UCF wouldn't let that stop them. Never letting Baylor take the lead in the game, UCF won 52-42 in the 2014 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl that took place in Glendale, Arizona.

UCF's quarterback, Blake Bortles, received the offensive player of the game award while fans in the stands chanted, "One more year!" In Wednesday night's game, he completed 20 of 31 passes for a total of 301 yards and was responsible for 4 touchdowns. The defensive player of the game award was given to linebacker Terrance Plummer.

Not many believed that UCF could walk away from the Fiesta Bowl with a victory against Baylor. UCF players and fans believed otherwise and have started off their new year with their largest win in school history.

Finished 12-1 (8-0). Undefeated champions of the American Athletic Conference. Champions of the 2014 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Congratulations to the UCF Knights for an amazing season!
