Tonight on Yahoo! I discovered an interesting trending topic sitting in the first place spot. The topic was "invisibility cloak," the mysterious and valuable object in J.K. Rowling's famous
Harry Potter series. According to an article by Liz Goodwin on Yahoo! News' The Lookout, a University of Texas Dallas scientist is making progress in creating such technology. The scientist, Ali Aliev, heats carbon nanotubes to create a "mirage effect" which makes the objects behind the nanotubes invisible.
