UNICEF Tap Project: Easy Way to Make a Difference

UNICEF has created a mobile web app that you can use to help give clean water to kids around the world. You can go to the website and stop using your cell phone. For every ten minutes you go without your phone, a sponsor will donate enough to provide clean water for a child for a day. You can even make your own monetary donations for as little as $5, which can provide clean drinking water for a child for 200 days. Be sure to check out this amazing video above and help those in need by putting down your cell phone.

Credit: FOX

Today on Facebook I came across a link to Glee Give A Note. This program is set up to donate money to deserving music departments at school's throughout the nation. The program is guaranteeing around $1 million in donations. The schools enter by submitting videos explaining why they deserve the funding. So far, Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts from my hometown, West Palm Beach, Florida, is in the lead with the most votes. Be sure to click on the link below to contribute your vote to help promote our nation's music education.
