First Photo From 'The Dark Knight Rises' Reveals Bane

This past Friday on Yahoo! Movies, Tim Grierson wrote an article revealing the first photo from The Dark Knight Rises. The picture (left) shows Tom Hardy as Bane in the film which is set to release on July 20, 2012.

The official movie site used an interesting method to reveal this photo. The site originally was completely black with chanting music, but some people discovered a message within the chant. It contained the Twitter hashtag #TheFireRises. Upon tweeting that hashtag, more and more pieces of the image were revealed until eventually the whole picture was available.
